Company History

Our company was formerly established in Shenzhen in 2017, and set up a branch in 2024, Guangxi Xuanyue Technology Co., Ltd.. Since its establishment, it has been nearly 10 years, we keep devoting ourself to the R&D and production of slip rings, we own brand "ROTLEAP".  In order to facilitate providing superior customization service for many customers around the Pearl River Delta, our company set up a technical support branch in Dongguan, Guangdong province. 

Product&Service

We are a professional manufacturer integrated R & D, production and sales, having a full range of products, including electrical slip rings, signal slip rings, fiber optical  slip rings, gas-liquid/gas-electrical slip rings, waterproof slip rings, rotary joints and other slip rings. Our company's product are widely applied in wind power generation, automation equipment,medical & food industries, amusement facilities, precision equipment testing and many other high-tech fields. 

 ROTLEAP has a rich experience in slip ring customization, more than 70% product are customized.  We are an entity factory with massive stock, not only can we produce standard items, but also specifically design and customize according to domestic and overseas clients requirements to perfectly provide 360 degrees rotating devices with solutions allowing them  meanwhile to transmit electricity, gas and liquid, etc.. 

R&D

ROTLEAP has established a good communication and cooperative relationship with many well-known factories and universities in China, which provides lasting impetus for our R & D innovation.  Our company has a number of senior engineers with more than 10 years of industry experience. 

Production Equipment 

Xuanyue Technology have nearly 20 professional production equipment and test equipment. Production equipment including CNC lathing, CNC machining center, CNC milling machines, EDM and other processing equipment. 

Testing Lab

In order to strictly ensure the quality of the slip ring products, we ROTLEAP introduced a full set of quality test equipment to carry out the most rigorous tests on each product. Test equipment such as 2D &3D VMSs ,digital caliper, pin gauges ,thread plug gauges, thread ring gauges,etc . Tests such as life wear test, torque test, insulation resistance test, current test.

Our team

We get a well-organized team.The staffs of test center and production line are at least technical secondary school graduated, ensuring the product can be delivered to customers on time and efficiently. We sell in China and export to more than 150 countries and regions worldwide.
